Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring an online customer service representative for our team. When customers visit our website and need help, our representatives engage via chat, make connections, answer questions, solve problems, and get people happily on their way.

We love people who come to work to create, collaborate and contribute – and have fun doing it! In spite of our explosive growth, we’ve maintained our entrepreneurial spirit, which means we work as a team.

What you will do

  • Respond to and resolve customer questions through chat, email and telephone calls quickly and effectively.
  • Become an expert on GitScrum features and capabilities to help solve any problems a user may encounter.
  • Assist in on-boarding, educating, and supporting our customers from pre-trial inquiries all the way to subscription and beyond.
  • Help and provide guidance to our customers with billing-related questions.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty by providing an amazing, personal customer experience.
  • Create support content for customers to self-serve.

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication in English
