Please read this entire agreement carefully. This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and GitScrum. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be legally bound by its terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT - CAREFULLY READ BEFORE USING GITSCRUM: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (either as an individual or on behalf of an entity) and GitScrum ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing the use of the GitScrum software, services, and accompanying documentation (collectively referred to as the "Service"). Your use of the Service signifies your full acceptance of and commitment to comply with the terms and conditions laid out in this Agreement. If you disagree with any of these terms, refrain from using the Service.
Subject to your unwavering adherence to the provisions of this Agreement, GitScrum grants you a restricted, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and employ the Service exclusively for internal business purposes, strictly in line with the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
You are explicitly prohibited from: (a) altering, decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling any aspect of the Service; (b) distributing, sublicensing, leasing, renting, or lending the Service to any third party; (c) tampering with, removing, or altering proprietary notices or labels on the Service; (d) engaging in any form of Service utilization that contravenes applicable laws or regulations; or (e) employing the Service for the development of competing products or services.
The Service, encompassing software, content, visual elements, and all related components, is fortified by copyright, trademark, and additional intellectual property laws. GitScrum reserves and retains all rights, including title and interest, over the Service. Except as expressly stipulated in this Agreement, no rights, licenses, or authorizations are conferred upon you.
Your utilization of the Service may entail the collection, storage, and processing of personal data. GitScrum's practices are meticulously aligned with prevailing data protection laws and regulations, encompassing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We maintain reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that absolute online security cannot be guaranteed.
This Agreement remains valid until cessation. You possess the right to terminate it at any juncture by discontinuing Service usage. GitScrum reserves the unassailable prerogative to immediately and without prior notice terminate this Agreement if breaches of its terms are identified. Upon termination, you must cease all Service usage and eliminate any copies of the software in your possession.
To the maximum extent permitted by the prevailing law, GitScrum cannot and shall not be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or connected to Service use, even if the potential for such damages has been conveyed to us.

By proceeding to use the Service, you conclusively affirm your comprehension of, agreement to, and commitment to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this End User License Agreement.
