This means that the intellectual property rights inherent in the content unequivocally remain yours. In essence, you maintain not only full ownership but also complete control over the creative and intellectual output that you introduce to our platform.
It's worth highlighting that if you choose to take advantage of GitScrum Custom Branding, a feature designed to tailor the platform to mirror your brand identity, any customized content or elements you generate through this functionality are equally subject to your ownership. These personalized enhancements you implement are an extension of your intellectual property portfolio.
Furthermore, while individual users you add to your GitScrum account maintain their individual accounts, it's important to acknowledge that their association with your organization signifies that they become part of your GitScrum ecosystem. This means that their presence and engagement within the platform fall under the umbrella of ownership and administration that the GitScrum platform extends to your organization.
By engaging with our Service, you not only affirm your understanding of content ownership but also assume responsibility for the content you generate, share, or oversee. This responsibility extends across aspects such as your intellectual property, customized branding, and the user community you curate. For users holding a GitScrum Account, it is imperative to recognize that specific actions you undertake within GitScrum or through linked third-party applications may be showcased within our Services. These displays can encompass various contexts, including advertisements and commercial environments. These actions may involve elements such as your Profile name, Profile photo, and other pertinent details.
We prioritize transparency and, in alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines, we ensure clarity regarding the visibility of your actions on our platform. This visibility extends not only to GitScrum's native interface but also to interactions facilitated by third-party applications integrated with GitScrum.
Your Profile name, Profile photo, and other related information may be displayed alongside your actions to foster a sense of community and engagement. This allows both the GitScrum community and third-party audiences to gain insights into your contributions, interactions, and collaborations. As a company based in Europe, GitScrum adheres to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We encourage users to contribute to our community discussions, feedback, and reviews in a manner that demonstrates respect for fellow users, GitScrum, and the platform as a whole. Users are prohibited from using derogatory language, engaging in personal attacks, or making baseless claims that may harm the reputation of GitScrum or any individuals associated with our platform.
Users are strictly prohibited from posting content with malicious intent, including spreading false information or engaging in activities intended to damage the reputation of GitScrum. This includes any form of content that is intended to deceive, misinform, or manipulate others for personal gain.
While negative reviews are accepted, we encourage users to provide feedback that is specific, constructive, and relevant. Reviews that include actionable suggestions for improvement or highlight areas of concern in a respectful manner contribute to the growth and development of GitScrum.
Engaging in harmful behavior, such as posting malicious reviews or spreading false information, can result in serious consequences. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include the suspension or termination of user accounts that violate these guidelines. This is done to protect the well-being of our community and uphold the integrity of our platform.
In cases where a user account is found to be engaged in harmful behavior, we may take the step of terminating the account. This action is taken to preserve the positive atmosphere of the community and ensure that our users can engage in discussions and reviews without fear of malicious intent.
By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept these guidelines, which are designed to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all users. We appreciate your commitment to contributing positively to our community.
Certain aspects of the Service are subject to subscription fees ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), which can be monthly, annually, or based on a lifetime deal, depending on your chosen subscription plan.
When a Billing Cycle concludes, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or GitScrum terminates it. Cancellation can be done via your online account management page or by contacting GitScrum customer support.
A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required for Subscription payments. By providing payment information, you authorize GitScrum to charge Subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
If automatic billing fails, GitScrum will send an electronic invoice, requiring you to manually pay within a specified deadline.
GitScrum holds the right to adjust Subscription fees, and we want to ensure absolute clarity in this regard. We will provide you with advance notice before any fee modifications come into effect. This preemptive communication gives you the opportunity to evaluate the changes and make informed decisions, including the option to terminate your Subscription if desired.
It's essential to note that once paid, Subscription fees, as well as any associated taxes and charges, are non-refundable. This policy underscores the importance of carefully considering your choices before committing to a Subscription. At GitScrum, transparency is a cornerstone of our approach, and we want you to be confident in your decisions.
We do not offer a policy of reimbursement for Subscription fees. We encourage you to take advantage of our free trial period, which allows you to thoroughly test GitScrum's capabilities and assess its suitability for your needs before making any financial commitments.
We believe that your experience with GitScrum should be a positive and well-informed one. As such, we recommend that you explore our platform using the free trial option before deciding to subscribe. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of what GitScrum offers and allows you to make a choice that aligns with your requirements.
GitScrum offers a limited-time Subscription with a free trial ("Free Trial") at its discretion. It's important to emphasize that for our free accounts, we do not request any credit card or payment information. We aim to provide a transparent and accessible experience for all users.
During the Free Trial, you can explore GitScrum's premium features without the need to provide any billing information. This trial period allows you to fully experience the benefits of our platform before making a commitment. Should you decide to proceed with a Subscription, you have the flexibility to activate it at any time during the Free Trial period.
In addition to the Free Trial, we also offer free accounts with specific limitations. These accounts include a Workspace Data History feature that retains data for up to 15 days. Any data older than this period will be removed from the system. This approach ensures optimal performance and a streamlined experience for all users.
Our goal is to empower you to tailor your GitScrum experience to your preferences. If you're using a free account, you can choose to activate a subscription whenever it aligns with your needs. This allows you to access advanced features that cater to your specific requirements.
GitScrum retains the right to modify or cancel the Free Trial offer without the need for prior notice. However, our commitment to delivering valuable experiences to our users through both the Free Trial and free account offerings remains unwavering.

We encourage you to make informed choices and to operate within legal and ethical boundaries, both within GitScrum and in your interactions with linked platforms.
The term of this Agreement initiates on the Effective Date and remains in force until termination, encompassing all Subscription Terms.
You have the authority to terminate this Agreement at your discretion by issuing a notice and closing your account.
By Either Party: Either party holds the right to terminate this Agreement if the other party does not rectify a substantial breach within thirty (30) days following notice. Termination may also result from actions such as ceasing operations without succession or pursuing protective measures under bankruptcy, receivership, trust deed, creditors' arrangement, composition, or equivalent proceedings. This stands true if any such proceeding is instituted against the party (and not dismissed within sixty (60) days thereafter).
By Us: We retain the right to terminate this Agreement immediately, issuing notice to you, if our association with a third-party partner - responsible for delivering software or other technology integral to our Service Offerings - lapses, concludes, or necessitates alterations to our technology provision modalities. Termination may also be invoked to comply with legal mandates or governmental requisitions.
Upon termination, you retain financial responsibility for all accrued fees and charges up to the Termination Date. Additionally, you are accountable for any fees and charges incurred during the post-termination period. Notably, the terms of this Agreement continue to apply in cases where Services are accessed post the Termination Date, mandating payment of applicable fees.
We believe transparency in termination provisions strengthens our collaborative commitment. Should you require further elucidation or possess inquiries, please do not hesitate to connect with us. Your proactive engagement contributes to a robust and compliant partnership.
